Deceuninck North America Names New Vice President of Operations

Veteran Leader Chad Smith to Bolster Manufacturing Strategy and Operational Reliability

MONROE, OH – Deceuninck North America, an industry-leading manufacturer and extruder of energy-efficient PVC window and door systems, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Chad Smith as vice president of operations.

Smith brings more than two decades of leadership experience across extrusion, industrial manufacturing, and building products organizations, specializing in high-performance processes, quality, and continuous improvement. He most recently served as senior director of operations and continuous improvement at a manufacturer of industry-leading specialty adhesive coated products.

Smith holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, advanced certifications in continuous improvement and operational excellence, and has received multiple leadership and performance awards throughout his career. As Deceuninck’s vice president of operations, he will lead the manufacturing, maintenance, safety, and operational strategy across the organization, further strengthening process efficiency, team development, and performance excellence.
