The C3 Program – Compassion for Community & Causes
The C3 Program was created to communicate and formalize our commitment to our employees and their communities. C3 encourages every employee to be more engaged in their own communities by providing direct support and funding for specific, qualified causes. We are driven to leave the local neighborhood a better place than it was before we got here.
C3 in action
Habitat for Humanity
Deceuninck works annually with Catch the Building Spirit and Habitat for Humanity Dayton, to supply windows for the local projects and employees volunteer on the job site to support the building of local, affordable housing.
Local Schools & Youth Sports
We provide support to local, colleges and youth sports, including school fundraising, high school football, little league, basketball and junior achievement.
Wreathes Across America
Deceuninck is a corporate sponsor of the Middletown Wreathes Across America event. A community gathering to place wreathes on the graves of fallen soldiers during the Christmas season, to Remember, Honor and Teach the next generation.
